The Council of the United First Nations has adopted a new constitution and bylaws in order to incorporate as a legal entity.
As an incorporated organization, the UFN now has legal authority over it’s name and branding, as well as the right to own land, open bank accounts in Canada, and as a non-profit will pay less taxes.
Regardless of our incorporation, our organization will continue on business as usual.
